Two Skein Afghan

Yarn: Worsted weight – about 10 oz(or a little less, or a little more.), plus some extra if you want to put an edging on it.
Hook: N or 9 mm
Do not turn. Afghan is worked in the round. Afghan works to be about 31 inches across if slightly less than ten ounces of worsted weight yarn is used.
Special stitches:
CL= (Yo and insert hook in space, draw up a loop, yo and pull through two loops) twice, yo and pull through all three loops on hook. Ch 2. (Yo and insert hook in same space, draw up a loop, yo and pull through two loops) twice, yo and pull through all three loops on hook. CL made. [The whole stitch is worked in one space]
BegCL== Ch 2, dc, ch 2, (yo and insert hook in sp, draw up a loop, yo and pull through two loops) twice, yo and draw through all three loops on hook. [The whole stitch is worked in one space]
CG= Yo and insert hook in space, draw up a loop, yo and pull through two loops. Yo and insert hook in next space, draw up a loop, yo and pull through all three loops on hook. C made. [stitch is worked over two spaces]
Ch 3, sl st in first ch to form a ring.
Rnd 1= BegCL, ch 1. (CL, ch 1) in ring three times. Sl st in dc. (There should be four ch 1 sp and four ch 2 sp. All stitches are worked in the ring.)
Rnd 2-finish= BegCL, ch 1. [Starting in ch 2 sp, (CG over ch sp, ch 1) to next ch 2 sp. CL in ch 2 sp, ch 1.] around. Sl st in dc.
Fasten off and weave in ends. There. You’re done.

Here is a close up of how the corners and stitches should look.
